Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product Designer, the successful candidate will craft intuitive, human-centered experiences for lending and loan-application workflows, focusing on end-to-end processes and utilizing AI for prototyping and design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship significant components of the loan-application experience, enhancing usability for borrowers and operators
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform product direction
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to drive design projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a product designer, preferably in fintech or SaaS environments
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for design and prototyping, moving beyond static mockups
• Strong skills in service and systems design, with the ability to navigate complex workflows and user interactions
• Excellent visual and interaction design capabilities, focused on creating clear and elegant solutions
• Proven ability to work autonomously on large projects while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
