Product Designer

Job Summary

Designing playful and delightful user experiences, the full-time remote Product Designer will create high-fidelity visuals and interactions for mental health exercises and gaming mechanics while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design playful flows and high-fidelity visuals for mental health exercises and gaming mechanics, prototyping solutions to product challenges
• Create and evolve intuitive design patterns and a cohesive design system as the product scales
• Develop product concepts that align with the product vision, speed, and business potential while working collaboratively across teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience designing consumer mobile apps at scale
• Ability to navigate vague conceptual problems with a strong intuition for user-friendly mental models and flows
• Strong visual design skills with a focus on creating clear, intuitive, and engaging UI and interactions
• Pragmatic approach to design, balancing aesthetics with practicality and product goals
• Experience with coding, illustration, and/or game design is a plus
