Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance user engagement and monetization, the full-time remote Product Designer will design and implement data-driven experiments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate user insights into effective design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run data-driven experiments focused on user activation, retention, and conversion
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to shape squad strategy and improve onboarding flows
• Conduct user research and usability tests to identify friction points and inform design iterations

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience, preferably in consumer growth roles
• Strong ownership and initiative, with a focus on driving outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI tools for prototyping
• Experience with analytics platforms is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
