Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a transformative approach to education, the full-time remote Product Designer will validate user goals, design innovative solutions, and enhance the user experience for a platform aimed at personalized learning.

Key responsibilities:

• Validate user goals and map key journeys to identify actual jobs to be done
• Iterate on design concepts, narrowing down to effective solutions through user feedback and team collaboration
• Oversee the entire design process from initial concepts to scalable, coherent final products while ensuring quality and impact metrics are met

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience designing and shipping real software products
• Ability to manage the entire design arc from problem understanding to hi-fi specifications
• Comfort with iterative design processes and a focus on user feedback
• Passion for creating innovative educational solutions that impact learning
• Interest in continuously learning about the education industry and improving design skills
