Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a self-motivated Product Designer for a full-time remote position, who will design and ship exceptional user experiences across Fireflies' web and mobile platforms, ensuring precision in design and a user-first mindset.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design projects, from exploration and prototyping to final implementation
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces while anticipating user behavior
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of designs

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product design
• A portfolio showcasing impactful designs in dynamic environments
• Expertise in UI design, interaction, and copywriting for user experiences
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto-Layout, Variables, and Prototypes
• Experience designing and applying systems across multiple products
