Job Summary
Designing customer journeys for financial management, the full-time remote Product Designer will create intuitive interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design system while delivering end-to-end experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end experiences across OnePay's product surfaces
- Translate goals and requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand partners to bring ideas to life
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing for digital products, ideally mobile-first
- A portfolio demonstrating clarity of thought and solid interaction design
- Fluency in Figma and experience with established design systems
- Strong communication skills to explain reasoning and trade-offs
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively
