Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product experience, the full-time Product Designer will lead design processes for a medical AI assistant, focusing on user-centric solutions that enhance clinician workflows and interactions, while working both onsite in Paris and remotely within France.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather feedback through on-site visits and shadowing clinical workflows
- Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and rapid iteration
- Maintain and evolve the internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing product experiences at a tech or product-driven company
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric solutions that simplify complex business logic
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms with a solid understanding of responsive behavior
- Fluency in Figma and solid visual design skills
- Proven ability to communicate design decisions clearly across multidisciplinary teams
