Product Designer
Job Summary
To drive the quality and creativity of human-centered digital products, the full-time remote Product Designer 3 will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance customer-centric digital experiences and mentor other designers while creating innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Advance customer-centric digital experiences through innovative design solutions and frameworks
- Coach and mentor team members, providing strategic direction and feedback to enhance user experience

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy
- Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a collaborative approach to design
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of projects
