Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the full product development lifecycle, the full-time Product Designer will design consistent user interactions across Fleet's platforms, prioritize competing needs, and collaborate with engineers to ensure timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Design consistent interactions across API, CLI, and YAML for a cohesive user experience
- Prioritize work based on customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to unblock work and ensure successful project delivery
Required qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, Product Manager, or Software Engineer
- Technical experience in engineering or a strong background in design with hands-on building
- Understanding of developer-first automation workflows, including API and CLI experiences
- Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools, particularly Figma
- Experience in writing clear product specifications for engineering teams
