Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the ICHRA experience within the Lucie Marketplace, the remote Product Designer will design and deliver user-centric tools for employers managing health plan contributions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

Key responsibilities:

• Define user experiences that support Oscar's mission of making healthcare affordable and accessible
• Advocate for users by understanding their journeys and needs, and communicating these insights across the organization
• Own the design process, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic solutions

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
• 2+ examples of designing and shipping complex web and mobile interfaces
• 2+ years of experience managing stakeholders directly
