Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end user experience for data and file security features, the full-time Product Designer will collaborate with product management and engineering to create intuitive admin-facing policy controls and user interaction flows in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end features for data security, including DLP policy configuration and incident remediation workflows
• Translate complex security logic into user-friendly admin experiences that are easily configurable
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for research synthesis and prototyping to enhance design processes and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience, particularly for B2B or enterprise applications
• Experience designing for technical audiences, including policy builders and configuration-heavy interfaces
• Strong systems thinking skills, capable of mapping multi-step workflows with conditional logic
• A portfolio demonstrating the simplification of complex, rules-based systems into usable interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design system workflows
