Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance customer experiences within the Marriott Bonvoy App, the full-time FLEX Product Designer will create intuitive mobile designs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions that balance customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive mobile experiences that align customer needs, business objectives, and platform best practices
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate customer experiences and design solutions
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver scalable design solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in User Experience Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design
• Experience creating mobile application experiences using user-centered design methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma for wireframing and prototyping
• Strong understanding of mobile platform standards and interaction patterns for iOS and Android
