Product Designer
Job Summary
Joining a dedicated Product Growth team, the full-time remote Product Designer will draft product changes, participate in the experimentation lifecycle, and contribute to a backlog of experiment ideas aimed at enhancing user engagement and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and propose product changes to support growth initiatives
- Participate in the experimentation lifecycle, learning from research and iterating based on feedback

Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of product design experience, particularly in onboarding, growth, or monetization
- Hands-on experience with growth tools like A/B testing and behavioral analytics
- Experience with self-serve, product-led SaaS business models
- Ability to interpret experiment results to guide design decisions
- Experience working in distributed, asynchronous environments
