Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance user experience across the Mastra platform, the full-time Founding Product Designer will develop a design system, analyze user interactions, and collaborate with the product team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Mastra framework and identify interaction patterns that improve user experience
• Conduct user research through screen recordings and feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement
• Build and maintain a robust design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across the product and streamlining the design-to-code workflow

Required qualifications

• At least four years of experience in designing software products or a strong background in brand or web design with a transition to product and UX design
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Familiarity with developer products and understanding of agentic products
• Strong collaboration skills in a remote or asynchronous work culture
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to iterate quickly on solutions
