Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing digital product team, the full-time remote Product Designer will transform ambiguous concepts into functional prototypes, build within the existing codebase using AI assistance, and uphold the design system while managing end-to-end user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Turn ambiguity into working software by producing functioning prototypes from early-stage concepts
• Build in the existing codebase using AI-assisted development tools and ensure prototypes are readable by engineering
• Own the entire UX process, including discovery, interaction design, usability testing, and post-launch iteration

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional UX or product design experience with a focus on end-to-end problem ownership
• Proficiency in building with AI tools as part of the design process
• Working fluency in a codebase, with the ability to read components and understand design systems expressed as code
• Demonstrated experience in user research, information architecture, and usability testing
• Strong skills in Figma for system contributions and alignment artifacts
