Product Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Product Designer will create engaging K-12 print and digital product experiences, utilizing a thorough understanding of visual and interaction design to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design product experiences for both print and digital deliverables, ensuring alignment with user needs and product strategy
• Develop innovative visual and interaction designs using various software, incorporating analytics and user feedback to optimize features
• Create user-centered design prototypes and specifications while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience as a Designer, preferably in a product development environment
• A Design Portfolio demonstrating visual, UX, and UI design skills, including usability best practices and rapid prototyping
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, Figma, and AI prompting
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
