Product Designer
Job Summary
Joining a small, fast-moving design team, the full-time Product Designer will transform loosely-defined inputs into shippable UI for a new AI voice assistant product, focusing on rapid delivery and visual polish while working remotely across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Turn ambiguous inputs into production-ready UI by proactively clarifying scope with engineers and product managers
- Deliver clean, polished UI quickly, utilizing Figma as the primary design tool and maintaining components for parallel workstreams
- Participate in design discussions, incorporating feedback rapidly to minimize feedback loops and gradually take on more complex design challenges
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing tech products
- Experience working in a cross-functional product team within an agile or scrum-like environment
- Strong UI/visual execution demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing solid craft and composition sense
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Understanding of user flows, breakpoints, and layout/composition logic, with a focus on delivery speed
