Product Designer
Job Summary
Leading UX strategy for marketing web surfaces, the full-time remote Product Designer will set the vision for the CMS design system, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create user-centered web experiences for B2B and B2C audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX strategy and design system vision across various marketing web surfaces, ensuring brand cohesiveness
- Design self-service, reusable web patterns in Figma that align with CMS capabilities, reducing dependency on Engineering
- Synthesize quantitative performance data with qualitative user insights to validate design decisions and prioritize improvements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product or UX Designer, leading projects from strategy to implementation
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Deep experience with component-based CMS and design-system environments
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
