Product Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Product Designer will lead design projects across Instagram's product ecosystem, transforming conceptual ideas into valuable user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope across Instagram's product ecosystem
- Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Instagram products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of product design experience with demonstrated impact on consumer products at scale
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-surface product experiences
- Experience leading end-to-end development efforts with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques and comfort with data-driven design decisions
