Product Designer
Job Summary
To enhance user experiences across a dedicated product area, the full-time remote Product Designer will manage the end-to-end user experience, ensuring UX quality, coherence, and usability while collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the definition and evolution of user experience across assigned technology products, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Translate product strategy into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes by partnering with Product Owners
- Conduct user research to validate assumptions and identify UX risks and opportunities, synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing user experiences for complex B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software solutions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, including research, flows, and interaction design
- Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment
- Ability to design for complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- Experience designing products for regulated industries (energy, utilities, or similar) is preferred
