Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Design production-ready user interfaces for Chess.com across various platforms
- Own projects from early problem definition through implementation, ensuring design-to-code alignment

Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer on consumer-facing products or games
- A portfolio showcasing polished UI design for web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of UI design fundamentals, including typography and visual hierarchy
- Experience with established design systems and familiarity with frontend development
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools like Cursor and Claude for prototyping
