Product Designer and Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Product Designer & Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founder on product direction and design decisions
• Create production-ready designs in Figma and work closely with engineering on feature scoping
• Define user problems and investigate solutions while challenging assumptions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
• Experience at companies known for design excellence such as Apple, Google, or Airbnb
• Expertise in Figma and experience designing for consumer products
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering and understand technical constraints
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or booking/marketplace products is a bonus
