Product Designer Design Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer with a Design Operations focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation and implementation of tools to enhance communication and collaboration across design teams
• Develop onboarding programs, training initiatives, and recognition programs for design team members
• Create and maintain a shared repository of playbooks for team practices and design system documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree
• Experience working within a global or enterprise-scale design team
• Proficiency in design project management tools and collaboration tools
• Ability to analyze design team metrics and translate insights into recommendations
