Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system, including design tokens, components, and patterns
• Ensure the system is visually consistent, usable, extensible, and performant for designers and developers
• Drive adoption and alignment across teams through collaboration and clear documentation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, particularly with design systems at scale
• Fluency in Figma, tokens, component libraries, and cross-browser UI best practices
• Deep understanding of visual design, interaction patterns, and accessibility
• Experience in collaboration with engineers and writing documentation for system usage
• Strategic thinking to unlock speed, consistency, and quality across the organization
