Product Designer, Design Systems

Job Summary

To enhance user experiences across various products, the full-time Product Designer, Design Systems will design and build UI components, patterns, and tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design reusable components and patterns that align with design principles for consistent product implementation
• Create and maintain shared UI libraries and templates in Figma, evolving them as needed
• Define system-level patterns for AI-assisted workflows and document guidance for effective adoption

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience in a product-focused technology organization
• 2+ years of experience designing and evolving design systems, including documentation
• Strong command of Figma, including component libraries and advanced workflows
• Portfolio demonstrating design systems work and AI-enabled product design
• Experience working closely with cross-functional partners, especially engineering and product
