Product Designer (Design Systems)
Job Summary
Owning and advancing the core design system, the full-time Middle Product Designer (Design Systems) will work remotely to build scalable design libraries, align token architecture with front-end code, and support product and graphic designers in adopting the system.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain components, widgets, and primitives in Figma, managing versioning and reducing design debt
- Partner with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and document design patterns and guidelines
- Design end-to-end features and validate design hypotheses through usability tests and user feedback
Required qualifications
- Ukrainian/Russian proficiency is required
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with at least 1 year focused on production design systems
- Expert-level mastery of Figma, including advanced component architecture and multi-brand theming
- Strong technical literacy to read HTML/CSS/JSX and engage with front-end developers
- Familiarity with WCAG AA accessibility standards and practical understanding of responsive design best practices
