Product Designer for Ordering

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design for a web application used by corporate grocery replenishment teams, the full-time remote Product Designer for Ordering will create user-friendly experiences, design reporting dashboards, and develop workflows that leverage AI-driven insights to minimize food waste.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design of a web application for grocery replenishment, including ordering and performance management
• Design reporting and performance dashboards, evolving from basic analytics to AI-powered insights
• Create exception-based workflows that enable corporate users to manage operations effectively without technical expertise

Required qualifications

• Senior-level product design experience with a focus on customer-facing software and measurable outcomes
• Deep enterprise SaaS experience, navigating complex systems and multiple user tiers
• Product-minded with engineering overlap, capable of building directly in code
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on reusable patterns and coherent navigation
• Experience with modern AI-assisted tools for exploration and rapid prototyping
