Product Designer II

Job Summary

Creative and driven, the full-time salaried Product Designer II will focus on transforming user experiences for Pinner actionability by designing and shipping UI for key features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing feedback in a fast-paced, iterative environment, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship user interfaces for login, sign-up, and conversion upsell flows to enhance the Pinner activation journey
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners to define and execute roadmaps for the Pinner Conversion and Identity teams
• Uphold high levels of design execution while managing feedback from multiple stakeholders across teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products, particularly for complex products
• A portfolio showcasing strong product and visual design skills, including design fundamentals
• Experience with AI tools and the ability to implement them in the product development process
• Bachelor's degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ability to think holistically and create scalable systems for experimentation across mobile and desktop platforms
