Product Designer II

Job Summary

To help define how Pinners receive, manage, and engage with notifications, the full-time salaried Product Designer II will design end-to-end experiences across push, email, and in-app surfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship notification experiences on iOS, Android, desktop, and web platforms
• Translate product problems into clear design requirements, user flows, and interaction patterns
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to refine visual hierarchy and improve engagement outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of product design experience, preferably in growth or consumer-facing mobile products
• A portfolio showcasing strong product and visual design craft, including end-to-end flows
• Experience collaborating closely with product management and engineering on consumer product experiences
• Strong understanding of UX principles and a data-informed approach to design
• Proficiency in Figma and solid prototyping skills with experience in producing clear handoff documentation
