Product Designer II

Job Summary

Owning design execution for the Agent Experience, the full-time remote Product Designer II will transform workflows for agents, wholesalers, and back-office teams into fast, clear, and credible experiences while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end design for assigned initiatives, from problem framing and research to prototyping and implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, diagrams, Figma designs, and coded prototypes that effectively communicate direction to stakeholders and partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably with complex or regulated products
• Portfolio showcasing systems thinking and attention to interaction and visual detail
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working in a code-based environment
• Demonstrated use of AI in design practice and comfort collaborating in shared code repositories
