Product Designer, Trust & Risk

Job Summary

Joining the Trust & Risk team, the full-time Product Designer will create scalable systems that enhance user trust and safety in the marketplace, designing tools and experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with the option to work remotely or from designated office hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences that protect marketplace integrity while minimizing friction for legitimate users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex policies and workflows into intuitive product experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visuals to clarify Trust & Risk challenges

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio of shipped work
• Strong interaction and systems thinking skills for designing complex flows
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie, Framer)
• Deep understanding of user experience design principles, including research and usability testing
• Proven experience designing zero-to-one products or new platforms in ambiguous environments
