Product Designer (UX/UI)

Job Summary

As the primary Product Designer (UX/UI), this full-time position will own the user experience for Relay, Luminultra's customer-facing software platform, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive digital experiences and establish scalable design systems, with options for remote work from several provinces in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience for Relay, translating product goals and customer needs into intuitive workflows and digital product designs
• Partner closely with Product Management and Software teams to ensure design intent is effectively translated into high-quality product experiences
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and accessibility best practices across Luminultra's digital products

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design
• Post-secondary education in product design, interaction design, UX/UI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong skills in product design, interaction design, and visual design, including information architecture and UX writing
• Experience collaborating with developers and technical teams through product implementation
• Ability to simplify complex technical information and create clear, user-friendly experiences
