Product Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Developer, the full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring innovative products meet quality standards and timelines while collaborating with design, sourcing, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product development process from concept through production across multiple categories
• Collaborate with vendors to develop prototypes and manage sample tracking and communication
• Source and evaluate materials and trims to meet product and cost requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of product development experience in apparel, accessories, or consumer products
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and construction techniques
• Experience working with overseas vendors and global manufacturing partners
• Proficiency in Excel and product development tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
