Product Developer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product development process, the full-time remote Product Developer will build a new US puppy brand by transforming product ideas into commercially viable offerings through supplier sourcing, sampling, testing, production, and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the product pipeline in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager and pet behaviour specialists
• Research market needs and translate product ideas into detailed, factory-ready specifications
• Manage supplier selection, quality assurance, and compliance to ensure product safety and durability

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in product development, preferably in consumer products
• Proven track record of taking products from concept through sourcing and mass production
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and supplier capabilities
• Experience with product specifications, tech packs, and RFQs
• Familiarity with pet products or care-led categories is a plus
