Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the full-time remote Product Development Architect will oversee the delivery of AI-powered customer experience solutions, manage complex implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads to foster accountability and technical excellence
- Drive the delivery of product initiatives and customer deployments of TTEC Digital products
- Research and evaluate emerging AI and customer experience technologies to support product innovation
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership
- Prior experience managing engineers or software development teams
- Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations across multiple teams
- Experience with Google AI technologies and cloud-native architectures
- Strong ability to create and present architecture diagrams and technical solution designs
