Product Development Coordinator

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the temporary Product Development Coordinator will support the Product Line Manager in executing seasonal product creation workflows for Men's Sportswear Apparel, managing product samples and documentation while working onsite with hybrid flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Product Line Manager across seasonal product creation activities
• Manage and track product samples through development, review, and handoff cycles
• Perform ongoing data reconciliation and accuracy checks across product tracking systems

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in apparel product creation, merchandising, or retail product operations
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong Microsoft Outlook skills
• Experience with sample management and product tracking
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Self-starter comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple teams
