Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategic bets, and outcome-based roadmap for loyalty and commerce experiences
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring quality and alignment with business goals
• Supervise cross-functional teams, making prioritization and trade-off decisions to meet product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2C/B2B environments
• Proven ability to build products from inception to scale
• Strong technical literacy with experience in APIs and data models
• Experience with analytics and funnel optimization
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
