Product Development Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end execution of fashion-forward products, the full-time remote Product Development Manager will manage the product lifecycle from concept to market launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development, including fit, fabric innovation, and technical execution
• Conduct competitive market analysis and drive seasonal line plans and assortment strategies
• Manage the product launch calendar and ensure alignment with operational strategies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product development and/or merchandising in relevant categories
• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or related field
• Strong technical expertise in performance fabrics and garment construction
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with strong Excel skills
• Experience with PLM systems and project management tools like Asana or Notion
