Product Development Manager

Job Summary

Owning product development execution for the Snacks product team, the full-time remote Product Development Manager will manage multiple product launches from concept through to final packaging approval while ensuring cross-functional alignment and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead packaging execution and manage cross-functional feedback loops for product initiatives
• Oversee the lifecycle of limited-time offers and retail launches, coordinating timelines and vendor relationships
• Act as a key liaison between Operations, Brand, and external partners to drive effective communication and decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience at a D2C or growth-stage CPG company
• Proven track record of managing packaging from concept to launch
• Experience handling a high volume of simultaneous product launches, preferably in food or wellness CPG
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in Asana or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and suppliers throughout project cycles
