Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development & Merchandising Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of fine jewelry products from concept to production, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Manage sample SKUs, purchase orders, and maintain communication with manufacturers regarding project updates
• Lead product development meetings and initiate the product launch process by coordinating with production and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the fine jewelry industry
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to production effectively
• Extensive knowledge of jewelry design, gemology, and manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of cost analysis and market trends in fine jewelry
• Systems and operations focused to streamline processes and communication
