Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Manager (Underwriter).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product development and innovation for IPG led brands to optimize growth and brand strategy
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product enhancements and new offerings
• Oversee projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or an Associate's degree in a Technical Field
• Certification in a relevant focus area
• Experience managing large, complex project initiatives
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth plans
