Product Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Manager to oversee the product development process and manage key relationships that drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships between Housing Finance Agency (HFA) and Down Payment Assistance (DPA) providers
• Collaborate with the sales team and executive leaders to assess and prioritize new product requests
• Serve as the primary coordinator for activities related to product development and deployment across departments

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, product guidelines, rates, and product development processes
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Loan Origination Systems and pricing engines
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
