Product Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Manager to oversee the development of new products from formulation to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product launches by managing packaging development and material testing
• Optimize post-launch products by collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience
• Manage cross-functional projects and maintain clear communication with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Proven project management skills, particularly in coordinating multiple projects using Asana
• Experience in conducting product development research on trends and materials
• Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and ensure quality deliverables
• Experience in creating and documenting processes for efficient product development
