Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Manager, Consumables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle for consumables, from ideation to commercial launch
• Develop product briefs balancing brand standards, consumer needs, and sustainability goals
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure regulatory compliance across all products

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in CPG product development
• Hands-on experience with product formulations and packaging development
• Strong vendor and project management skills
• Background in food science, chemistry, or packaging science
• Experience in ecommerce or startup environments
