Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and oversee the lifecycle of loan products from ideation to market launch
• Develop innovative products in collaboration with sales, marketing, technology, and compliance departments
• Prepare detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects while maintaining compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum five years of experience in mortgage-related roles
• At least three years of direct project management experience
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Proven experience in product development throughout the full lifecycle
