Product Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of approved projects related to consumer capabilities and product offers
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of product design documents and oversee project performance reports
• Maintain product roadmaps and facilitate communication regarding project status with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• 5+ years of Agile experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Call Center metrics and functions
