Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Manager who will oversee the execution of fashion-forward products from concept to market launch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring brand alignment and performance
Conduct competitive market analysis and drive seasonal line plans and assortment strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches and alignment with business targets

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product development and merchandising within athleisure and/or outerwear
Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or a related field
Strong technical expertise in performance fabrics and garment construction
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with strong Excel skills
Experience with PLM systems and project management tools like Asana or Notion
