Product Development Manager

Job Summary

Product Development Manager is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to market launch, focusing on fashion-forward products in the home and lounge category.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand vision and performance needs
• Conduct competitive market analysis and inform product decisions based on sales performance and customer feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely product launches and maintain high quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product development and merchandising within athleisure and/or outerwear
• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in performance fabrics and garment construction
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with PLM systems and project management tools like Asana or Notion
