Product Development Manager

Job Summary

Product Development Manager, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of fashion-forward products in a full-time role, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful market launches and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring brand alignment and performance
• Maintain a deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior to inform product development
• Manage the product launch calendar and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product development and/or merchandising in related categories
• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in performance fabrics and garment construction
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with strong Excel skills
• Experience with PLM systems and strong project management capabilities
