Product Development Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end execution of fashion-forward products, the full-time remote Product Development Manager will manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision and performance needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle, including fit development, prototype management, and vendor communication
• Maintain expertise in fashion trends and fabric innovation to inform product decisions and enhance quality
• Drive seasonal line plans and market strategies based on competitive analysis and sales performance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product development or merchandising within comfort-driven categories
• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in performance fabrics and garment construction
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with strong Excel skills
• Experience with PLM systems and project management tools like Asana or Notion
